Anushka kicks out Ileana

Anushka might be losing her grip over Telugu film industry with a row of duds like ‘Panchakshari’ and ‘Khaleja’. But she is currently hot and happening in Kollywood. Anushka’s Arundhati (dubbed version), and Singam (Yamudu) were super hits in Tamil and it is no wonder that many Kollywood heroes are itching to rope her in their films.

Right now Anushka is doing Vaanam, Tamil remake of Vedam in which Simbu and Bharath are doing the other lead roles. The latest buzz says that Anushka is penciled in to do the lead lady in Vikram’s next flick that is to be directed by ‘Madarasi Pattanam’ fame Vijay.

Actually it is Ileana who was supposed to do Vikram’s next film. However, due to frequent postponements and regular change of directors the project has been delayed for so many months. Finally, when everything seems to fall in place, Anushka came out of nowhere and kicked Ileana out of this project.
