THE TWELFTH Men's Hockey World Cup will be held from February 28 to March 13 at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi. On the Opening day of the Hero Honda FIH World Cup 2010 on February 28th, two Asian arch-rivalsl India and Pakistan will meet each other.

During the two weeks long Hockey World Cup 2010, thirty match will be played including final. Twelve countries are participating in the mega event of Hockey and are divided into two pools. Argentina, Canada, Germany, Korea, Netherlands and New Zealand are in Pool A whereas host India, Australia, England, Pakistan, South Africa and Spain are in Pool B.
