Trenton police arrested a 15 year old teenage girl for selling her 7 year old stepsister to have sex with men and boys at a party in a vacant apartment. She was charged with aggravated sexual assault, promoting prostitution and other crimes.
Police were reviewing all available building surveillance videos. They believe at least a dozen people were at the party when the child was gang raped, adding that everyone in the apartment could be legally culpable.

The child was raped on Sunday afternoon at a New Jersey apartment complex near the New Jersey Statehouse. Two women found the just-raped child crying outside the apartment and walked her home, where police were waiting.
The child told them what happened and was treated at a hospital. Police located her stepsister later that night, and took her into custody.
Trenton Mayor Douglas H. Palmer said that the crimes are among the worst he has seen in 20 years as mayor.
“It’s sickening. The police are taking this personal. I know there's a place in hell for all the people that participated in this, and I'm sure they will get there,” Palmer said. "Personally, as a father with a 7-year-old daughter, I can't imagine the horror," he added.
The teen's name was not released because of her age, but the county prosecutor plans to ask the court to try her as an adult.
