Special arrangements
In view of the massive traffic jam last year, the police personnel stopped all vehicles at Vempalle bypass road, about seven kms away and people went to Idupulapaya by special buses arranged at the place designated for vehicle parking.
As people stayed put after paying homage, police had to persuade them to pave way for other visitors.
