Today there is some new news regarding the Asus Eee Tablet. The Eee Tablet was supposed to be launched by now, the devices was supposed to be selling back in September. However, Asus has decided to hold off on releasing the 8-inch tablet. Reports today claim Asus has pushed back the release until Q1 of 2011 because they are not comfortable with the name of the device.
If you can remember the “Eee Tablet” features a non-color touchscreen with 2,450 dpi sensitivity. The tablet will be used mostly as an e-reader/notepad/sketchbook. The new names the source say’s Asus is favoring are Digital Note and Eee Note. There is no word on how much the Asus touch tablet will cost.
