One TV show that never fails to stay out of news and controversy is 'Bigg Boss 4'. The latest buzz revolving around the show is that it if facing a court case.
A case has been filed in an Aligarh court, imploring that its vulgar content should be taken to task. What's surprising is that fact that the case has been filed not just against the producer and director of the reality show but also against its host, Salman Khan. The case has also named the channel MD, apart from a few contestants -- Dolly Bindra, Ali Merchant, Sara Khan, Shweta Tiwari and Samir Soni.
The court case has been filed under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 293 (sale of obscene objects), 294 (obscene acts and songs), and 120 B (criminal conspiracy). It will come up for hearing on November 24.
